It allows you to monitor the overall level of the mix, and is really the only easy way to do so. You don't mention it, but I see you do it in later tutorials and that is you always to start with the Master fader and call it MIX, execpt in the tut where you cover tracks. I read somewhere else on the net that you should always should start with this. Is that a rule you apply to aswell (And thereby us)? Thanks in advance :) One thing though.
